Right, I get it! Affirmative action policies/ law isn’t discriminatory at all. I wasn’t hired at those jobs because I’m white and they needed to hire a minority to meet their numbers, that’s definitely not the case. I was never more qualified than the other people. My personal experience doesn’t matter or isn’t correct because that would mean their is discrimination in hiring. And because I’m white and I’m supposed to live with it and be happy about it.
Then went have affirmative action? If it’s not needed and the hiring is perfectly fair and doesn’t discriminate on any level…
