Alison Osborne Floyd Melinn, age 77, of Burnsville, passed away on Thursday, March 14th, 2023 at her home.
A native of Sewickley, PA, she was a daughter of the late Walter I. Floyd and Nancy M. Stites. She was also preceded in death by her son, Sean Pergerson and a brother, Walter I. Floyd Jr. Alison enjoyed making jewelry, painting and creating beautiful things. She loved nature and all its glory.
Surviving is her loving husband of 33 years, Bruce Melinn; daughter, Katharine Scott and husband, Derek, of Boone, NC; brother, Augustus McDaniel “Dan” Floyd of Chester, SC; grandson, George Hunter Pergerson of San Rafael, CA and granddaughter, Grace Katharine Pergerson of Napa, CA.
