Mitchell Sheriff’s Report 4/2 – 4/9/23

Arrest:

Logan David Elliot, 29 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Elliot for failure to appear in court. He was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 4/12/2023.

Quatravis Martel Martin, 34 of Marion, NC. Deputy A. Duncan arrested Martin for assault on a government official. He was issued $7,500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/31/2023.

Justin Daniel Pfouts, 33 of Bakersville, NC. Detective J. Masters arrested Pfouts for felony possession of Fentanyl and possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver Fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued $35,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/3/2023.

Citations issued:

Candy Lea Colvard, 37 of Newland, NC. Deputy A. Renfro cited Colvard for operating a motor vehicle without being licensed as a driver, by the division of motor vehicles. She is schedule to appear in court on5/3/2023.

Melissa Dawnelle Cadell, 55 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy A. Renfro cited Cadell for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. She is scheduled to appear in court on 5/3/2023.
