Mr. James Edward Largent age 76 of Morganton, NC passed away Thursday April 13, 2023, at the Grace Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center in Morganton.
Born in Burke County, NC he was a son of the late Ms. Willie Largent.
James worked for 28 years for the Broyhill Furniture Factory and then retired from the Hickory Furniture Factory.
He enjoyed Fishing, Bowling, hanging out with his friends and was always talking about politics.
Left to cherish his memory is his son Tio Largent and wife Ashley of Morganton, NC, Tio’s children Shaquoia Largent who held James heart and Tio Jordon Largent and a brother, Bobby Largent. He also had special friends Toby Rutherford and Letoya Largent.
A graveside service will be held for Mr. Largent on Wednesday April 19, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the Burke Memorial Park in Morganton, NC.
