Jason Davis, age 40, of Feldspar Street in Spruce Pine, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 24, 2023.
Born on December 23, 1982 in Crossnore, NC, he was the son of Ruby Cox Davis Smith and Jack Davis. He was preceded in death by a sister, Natalie Davis.
Jason had several talents and interests in life, including drawing. He worked in factories for many years. Most recently Jason was an honors student studying to be a forensic pathologist. He was currently employed at Dollar Tree of Spruce Pine.
Left to cherish his memory in addition to his parents is his wife, Mikayla Davis of Spruce Pine; his children; Isaiah, Jeremiah, Eli, and Hayden; his sister; Rachel Wheeler and husband, Ricky of Spruce Pine; his brother, James Davis of Spruce Pine; a special niece and four special nephews.
A celebration of life service for Jason will be at the Green Valley Baptist Church on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 5:00 pm with Rev. T.J. Smith officiating. A time to support the family, share memories and receive friends will be on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 5:pm at the church.
