Reading here it seems that the most important context may be what is written by those demanding some kind of authoritarianism while calling it protecting their freedoms. The arguments are logically and factually false. Read the constitution, again if necessary. Talk in depth to more than one sheriff. I just talked to one of our local sheriff’s yesterday, do so most weeks. Understand that calling the presence of Blacks the disruption is the very definition of racism and tyranny. And if Black folks can be subjected to that, it can happen to the rest of us who refuse to go along with the logically flawed and factually false authoritarian perspective. At first it all sounds kind of scary when the quiet parts are said out loud.but then I remember when folks do that we have the opportunity to let them tell us what they think and who they are. We should believe them. We have the opportunity to hear it, know it and either stop listening to it or stop it.
