Billy Walter Phillips, 50 of Marion, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Phillips for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges. He was issued $2,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/31/2023.
Kennedy Leighton Pittman, 22 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Pittman for Felony probation violations. She was issued $20,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 6/7/2023.
Christa Elizabeth Daniels, 31 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy D. LaPlante took custody of Daniels for warrants issued on failure to appear in Mitchell County court on felony charges, failure to appear in Avery County court on felony charges and probation violations. She was issued $32,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/19/2023.
