Charles Dustin Duncan, 42 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Duncan for misdemeanor assault on a female. He was issued a secure 48 hours secure hold and scheduled to appear in court on 7/12/2023.
Adam Stewart, 33 of Bakersville, NC. Lieutenant D. Holmes arrested Stewart for felony breaking and entering. He was issued $5,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 7/12/2023.
