I don’t think any country holds that title better than America and US sticking our big, fat, unwanted nose in every other countries business. Sowing and spreading “democracy” as a cover up for genocide.
I’m not at all anti military as a Combat Marine Veterans wife, but the pot can’t call the kettle black without the kettle calling the pot a flat out judgemental hyprocrite!!
