Angela Mustin, 51 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy C. Willis arrested Mustin for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges. She was issued $500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 8/9/2023.
Darren Anthony Buchanan, 21 of Spruce Pine, NC. Mitchel County Deputies arrested Buchanan for failure to appear in Yancey County Court on misdemeanor charges. He was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Yancey County Court on 8/10/2023.
Michael Payne, of Bakersville, NC. Mitchell County Deputies arrested Payne for violation of a court order. He was issued $15,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court.
Danny Reese Barnett, 69 of Marion, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Barnett for felony obtaining property by false pretense. He was issued $10,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 8/7/2023.
