Ethics

In 1993 Richard Harwood of the Washington Post questioned the ethics of the makeup of the Council on Foreign Relations whose membership has been posted here. His reasoned critique even took on his own boss at The Post. Somewhere between Woodrow Wilson with his elitist racist takes on government at the origin of the council and “the Cabal” theory being discussed here is reality. Many of those individuals on that list need a refresher course in ethics. The people calling it a cabal figure out what ethics is.
