John Raymond Burgess, 45 of Spruce Pine, NC. Detective J. Masters arrested Burgess for felony possession of firearm by convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued $40,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 8/9/2023.
Citations issued:
Jessica Riddle, 33 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield cited Riddle for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. She is scheduled to appear in court on 10/4/2023.
Kenny Justin Lowery, 34 of Bakersville, NC. Mitchell County Deputies cited Lowery for operating a motor vehicle, while the defendant’s driver’s license was revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court on 9/20/2023.
Krystal Lynn Silvers, 35 of Spruce Pine, NC. Lieutenant D. Holmes cited Silvers for operating a motor vehicle, without being licensed by the division of motor vehicles. She is scheduled to appear in court on 9/20/2023.
