Mitchell County Animal Rescue is proud to announce Paws in the Park 2023 presented by Bill and Connie Sales at Crooked Little Flower Studios! Paws in the Park is a family fun day spent at the park with your favorite pooch! Bring your best dog or dogs to Riverside Park August 12th from 9 am until noon.
Gather together with other dog lovers to participate in, or watch, fun contests like:
smallest dog; largest dog; best trick; dog/owner look alike… and of course the doggie
pie eating contest. Your dogs can hang out at the park, splash in the river, chill under a
tree and pledge walkers can participate in the Strut your Mutt dog walk. We will have
food and entertainment and plenty of opportunities to support MCAR! No dog of your
own? No problem!! Come hang out with some of the best pooches in town!
Become a Strut your Mutt Pledge walker! Ask your family, friends, and neighbors to
support MCAR while collecting donations in person or online. Challenge others to do the
same. The top earning Pledge Walker will receive a tee shirt and all the bragging rights

– Snacks for the humans & pups
– Music & Emcee/ DJ extraordinaire
