Jennifer Savanah Fabian, 48 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Fabian for failure to appear in Madison County Court on traffic related offenses. She was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Madison County court on 9/26/2023.
