I was quoting the brilliant Einstein, looking up at the poster hanging in my office, making sure I got it right. I was doing that because of the misused and highly questionable Einstein reference in a previous post, whose I don’t know. This is, unfortunately, in my opinion, an anonymous forum. Personally, I DON’T know plenty of brilliant minds and don’t consider myself one. I do know plenty of people who don’t have enough common sense to to refrain from posting about things they don’t really seem to understand very well. Change certainly isn’t always progress. But when we as a society stop having real conversations and disagreements aimed at change that IS progress, when we try to stop what you call “discord,” we have already proven we really can’t speak English understandably, so Chinese is off the table. I do agree that a lot of people getting off “all these social media platforms” might be very helpful. This is not my final post.
