Alert test 2:20pm and backup date the 11th-In my opinion, this is not a test to inform the public of an emergency .It’s coming to tv’s, phones, radios, etc. It is a test to see if they can interrupt ALL Communications .If they can do it for a minute they can do it for 24 hours a day .It is a weapon-not a conventional type but one that would prevent their enemies from communicating and coordinating their efforts. This will be one very BIG test.
