The Miss Emerald Ridge Scholarship Pageant will be on Saturday September 23 at Mitchell High School. Tickets will be available at the door, cash only, $12 per person or $10 with a non-perishable food donation. Competition starts at 4 pm. Winners will go on to compete at the Miss North Carolina Pageant in June 2024.
