Michael Robert McIntyre, 32 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy A. Renfro arrested McIntyre for misdemeanor second degree trespass. He was issued $500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/4/2023.
Tamela Hughes McMahan, 51 of Green Mountain, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested McMahan for failure to appear in Yancey County court on drug related and probation charges. She was issued $3,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Yancey County Court.
Patrick Murphy, 33 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Murphy for felony possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued $5,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 9/20/2023.
Charles Dustin Duncan, of Bakersville, Deputy T. Silvers arrested Duncan for misdemeanor failure to pay child support. He was issued $1,740.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 9/27/2023.
