Don’t you understand that you tube channels do not have sponsors just like the radio station has sponsors? That is not at all how it works. Not with the majority of those whose links are posted here, anyway. Follow the money. It’s a completely different business model. And while the psychology of who is being preyed upon for what ends is sometimes similar, it’s like the model is on steroids. People, many of them elderly, are not just becoming obsessive about much of this stuff, they are often spending their savings and fixed incomes on people out to make a buck. At this point it doesn’t matter if people posting this stuff are naive or malicious to the friends and family of the people affected. This is likely not the end of the discussion.
