If and when there is a cyber attack on the grid-and the lights go out in a lot of places for an extended amount of time-what would really happen? Would it blamed on someone else or another country? What would be the result(WAR)?What would happen? Chaos-no food in the stores ,Martial Law,. no fuel -just something to think about .CONTROL
