Arrest:
John Daniel Hampton, 43 of Erwin, TN. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Hampton for violation of parole. He was issued No Bond, pending a parole hearing.
Steven W. Putman, 51 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Putman for misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, injury to personal property, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and felony probation violations. He was issued $10,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/4/2023.
Gary Lee Hedrixon, 39 of Green Mountain, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Hedrixon for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges. He was issued $6,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/04/2023.
Marsha Diane Vance, 52 of Bakersville, NC. Sheriff D. Street arrested Vance for felony larceny by employee. She was issued $10,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on10/04/2023.
John Harold Ramey, 65 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Ramey for misdemeanor communicating threats. He was issued $500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/04/2023.
Dillon Wayne Ayers, 29 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Ayers for a True Bill of Indictment issued for felony drug charges. He was issued a secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on 12/12/2023.
Kendra Callahan, 35 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Callahan for misdemeanor second degree trespassing, interfere emergency communication, communicating threats, assault and battery, larceny, injury to personal property, breaking and Entering. She was issued secured bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/4/2023.
Damien Ryan Gurley, 22 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Gurley for misdemeanor assault on a female. He was issued 48 hours secure custody hold and scheduled to appear in court on 10/04/2023. He was previously arrested by Deputy W. Hobson for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges and issued $250.00 bond.
Caitlin Carroll, 30 of Spruce Pine, NC. Chief Deputy J. Sparks arrested Carroll for outstanding warrants of service. She was issued an unsecured bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/04/2023.
Christine Natalie Bell, 47 of York, SC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Bell for misdemeanor damage to personal property. She was issued an unsecure bond and scheduled to appear in court on 10/04/2023.
