Labeling something your opinion does not mean your opinion is not a misrepresentation. It can be you firmly held opinion that polka-dotted elephants are falling out of the sky but sharing that on an opinion page only means that you are misrepresenting what is happening or are delusional. Which is your opinion of “out of control” “shenanigans” and “confusion,” misrepresentation or delusion? Your opinion even if an accurate assessment …which it is not… is not supported by the recorded conversations. Your language is a misrepresentations of what is said or it is a delusion.
