First of all, if a young lady begging for money gives some random stranger her phone number, how is that your problem? And who are you to accuse anyone of taking advantage for “payback”? It’s also none of your business honestly, it’s up to her to take the responsibility for her own actions. If Ingles didn’t want her there, they can ask her to leave, if she refuses they can call the Sheriff’s Office and get her trespassed. Did you go talk to the manager at Ingles? Or just come on here and complain?
I have faith in our Sheriff and Sheriff office to not allow panhandling to get out of control like trashville. Asheville is run by liberal lunatics and they apparently love the beggars, homeless people everywhere, needles, and poo on their streets. Let them have it and revel in it. Be glad you live here.
