Yes the library is a public space that has displays for nationally recognized holidays. Because there are other people that celebrate different holidays and have different religions they make inclusive displays that have Kwanzaa, Christmas, Dawli, and Hanukkah. They have displays that recognize minority groups during nationally recognized months to highlight those materials. That is inclusive.
