George Michael Brady “Mike” age 61 of Pine Branch Road in Spruce Pine passed away Tuesday October 17, 2023, at the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine.
Born in Buncombe County, he was a son of Mary Revis Pearson and the late George G. Brady. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Pearson.
Mike worked as a heavy equipment operator for KT Feldspar for over twenty years and was a member of the Pine Branch Baptist Church.
Left to cherish his memories is his mother Mary Revis Pearson of the home, and two brothers, Rick Brady and wife Sue of Bakersville and Ronnie Pearson of Spruce Pine.
A graveside service for Mr. Brady will be held at 11:00 am Thursday October 19, 2023, in the Phillips Cemetery with the Revs. Don Heaton and Bruce Cannon officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Blue Ridge 236 Hospital Drive, Spruce Pine NC 28777.
