I’m not saying they should hide their problems, only that they should actually all take care of the obvious mental health problems, trauma, and dysfunction. They should take care of themselves and others without making a spectacle of it. Their supporters should follow suit. Sometimes the dysfunctional try to hide the problems or pretend to themselves that it never happened. When you are a public figure, you willingly forego privacy about a lot of things, obviously. But if they and you would get out more and actually LISTEN to people you’d find that many, many families call what you call dysfunction living their life and they deal with it in healthy ways. These two families have not. One of them have not for generations.
It seems many of their “followers” have the same problem. There is a difference between mental health challenges that people are born with, some of which there is help and support for, and those created through how we treat people. Hiding real mental health challenges because of shame creates dysfunction. I hear about that when I am listening to people instead of shaming and attacking them. …and I am not dear to you so please don’t refer to me that way.
