Frances “Frankie” Westall, age 66, of the Burnsville Community, went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 9th, 2023 at her home. A native of Tampa Florida, she was a daughter of the late Nolan and Margaret Willis Seals.
During her time in the health care profession as a registered nurse, Frankie devoted many hours to caring and serving people. Her love was her family, especially her granddaughter, Sparrow. She enjoyed watching Lonesome Dove and there was never an animal she did not love or care for.
Left to cherish her memory is her: daughter, Sarah Westall of Burnsville; and son, Bobby James of Hendersonville; granddaughter, Sparrow Westall of Burnsville, a sister, Nancy Carter of Florida and brothers: Bobby Seals of Mississippi and Jimmy Seals (Susan) of Florida; and former husband, Ralph Westall of Burnsville
