Mitchell County Public Library will be hosting our 10th annual Gingerbread House Contest. Houses will be accepted from November 29th through December 11th. All entries must be constructed with edible materials, except for the base. Houses can be entered in one of three divisions: Kids (0-9), Teen (10-17), and Adult (18+).
MCPL is also hosting a mini-Gingerbread House decorating workshop on November 30th from 4-6pm. This event is for all ages, but all youth participants must be accompanied by a guardian. Space is limited for the workshop, so registration is required. To register call (828) 688-2511.
