Voting Machines

I hear about power outages during voting and the machines are down. I think this is when the ballot stuffing goes on-Money Talks .As corrupt as this country is nothing would surprise me. We need independent third party people in the voting places and the Election Board. One that has no special interest in the outcome. There has to be something going on that the same ones get in year after year and do nothing for the people- something is fishy .
