Your example of a normal child born out of incest from a biological father and daughter scenario is a rare outcome. I also am aware of a child that was born under the exact circumstances in the 60s and she was mentally and physically impaired beyond belief. She lived a short and devastating life for her and her caretakers and this is the case more often than not in such circumstances.
Abortion is this case would have been the most humane alternative.
