Adrian Jerome Poore age 45 of Spruce Pine passed away Monday November 20, 2023, at the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine.
Born in Mitchell County he was a son of Rita Poore Smith and the late Ray Burleson. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Joe and Dolly Poore.
Adrian worked at Baxter’s for thirteen years, he loved to go fly fishing and spending time with his sons.
Left to cherish his memories in addition to his mother, Rita Poore Smith of Spruce Pine is his wife Shaaronda Barnes Poore of Spruce Pine, his sons; Bryce Poore-Miller of Burnsville, Mason Poore-Miller of Johnson City, TN and Anthony Chandler of Spruce Pine, half-brother, Logan Burleson of Marion and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service for Mr. Poore will be held at 2:30 pm Friday November 24, 2023, in the Gouges Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm at Webb Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are asked to be made to his sons in care of Bryce Poore-Miller 1899 Banks Creek Burnsville, NC 28714
