Arrest:
Nicolas Halasan, 36 of Green Mountain, NC. Lieutenant D. Holmes arrested Halasan for misdemeanor child abuse. He was issued $2,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 1/3/2023.
Robert Nathaniel Rich, 26 of Marion, NC. Deputy A. Duncan arrested Rich for failure to appear in court. He was issued $7,500.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 12/13/2023.
Steven Wayne Putman, 51 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Putman for felony probation violations. He was issued $10,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 12/12/2023.
Tabitha Lynn Callahan, 39 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy T. Brewer arrested Callahan for felony warrants issued by Burke County. She is scheduled to appear in Burke County Court.

Dallas Colman Church, 32 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy T. McNinch cited Church for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired and without having in full force effect the financial responsibility required by law. He is scheduled to appear in court on 1/2/2023.
