Join the Mountain Piecemakers Quilt Guild meeting on Tuesday January 9 at 12:00 in the Burnsville Town Center. The first thirty minutes will be social time followed by business meeting at 12:30. Visitors are welcome. Mountain Piecemakers serves the tri-county area of Madison, Yancey and Mitchell Counties. We enjoy providing Linus Quilts for children in need. Hero Quilts for our local veterans, as well as working with local agencies who teach sewing to youths. The 2023 Opportunity Quilt was won on November 11 by Nelda Johnson. Congratulations Ms. Johnson!
