Look, I don’t know the title you are referring to, but different folks have described the exact same thing the exact same way to me several times in discussions about the library saying it was in a book they objected to having in the library or to being “displayed.” (The story about what many people object to, it being there or being displayed keeps changing.) Each time I asked for the title of the book that bothered them. In the first instance the book was not in our local library. In the second the book in question was not “displayed,” but was on a high shelf in a section for teens or adults. In a third the “cartoon” they referred to was a very unattractive line drawing not in any way attractive or “cute” to a child or anyone else. In two out of three cases the person who was concerned was repeating what they were told by others they trusted, but obviously should not have since it was not accurate.
