Counterpoint

In an earlier post I mistook “stars and bars” as the American Flag. My apologies. I would not personally fly the confederate flag, but some of those who do may be doing so for no other reason than to prove they can and to go against the grain. I personally think the more people give such things attention, the more prevalent they become. Same with rainbow flags. I don’t feel the need to jump on either bandwagon. I fly the American Flag out of patriotism for my country and those who fought and fight for our freedoms.
