During 2024 members of Mountain Piecemakers will be learning new skills through a Block of the Month by Shelley Cavanna called “Barn Star Sampler.” Each month there will be two star blocks to make from your choice of fabrics. In January the blocks are Ribbon Star and Mosaic Star. The fourth Tuesday of each month the members meet for a sewing day in the Burnsville Town Center. Experienced quilters will assist beginning quilters with any questions. Anyone interested in learning piecing methods for quilting would enjoy joining in this project. Join our Mountain Piecemakers Quilt Guild. Our business meetings and speakers are on the second Tuesday of each month in the Town Center. In February the meeting begins at noon.
