Several applications were taken for the chamber director. People were interviewed. I am sorry that you did not apply. As a board member, we looked for educational accomplishments and past experience. Our candidate that was chosen by the committee were impressed with her communications skills, her experience with non-profit organizations, and her past employment history. Her hard word and educational accomplishments certainity prepared her for the opportunity to apply for this position.
