Constance “Connie” Nathalie Bruce, age 82, of Burnsville, went to sleep in Jesus, awaiting His glorious return, on Monday, February 5th, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. A native of Melbourne, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Adger and Gretelle Merrow Smith.
Connie was a member of the Burnsville Seventh-day Adventist Church. She loved her God and her family. She enjoyed decorating wedding cakes and did all the cakes for her children’s weddings. She loved her dogs as well.
Surviving is her loving husband, George Bruce; her two daughters: Lisa Gary and husband, Brad, of Rockledge, FL and Gina Turner and husband, Brian, of Salem, OR; a son, David Bruce, Sr. of Burnsville; four grandchildren: Sarah Scull and husband, Reed, Jonathan Gary, David Alan Bruce, Jr., and Keith Turner and wife, Christine; and one great-grandchild, Daniel Keith Turner.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
