Brian Dean Mitchem, 39 of Marion, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Mitchem for felony warrants issued by Buncombe. He was issued $5,001.00 bond and scheduled to appear in Buncombe County Court.
Rosemary Lynn Hartley, 29 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Hartley for failure to appear in court. She was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/13/2024.
Nicholas Anthony Snyder, 44 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy A. Duncan arrested Snyder for misdemeanor simple assault. He was issued $1,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/4/2024.
Jenevieve Tru Morgan, of Bakersville, NC. Mitchell County Deputies arrested Morgan for probation violations, violation of a court order, second degree trespassing, breaking and entering. She was issued $25,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/4/2024.

Justin Paul Anderson, 47 of Asheville, NC. Deputy D. LaPlante cited Anderson for operating a motor vehicle, without having in full force effect the financial responsibility, required by law and displaying an expired registration number plate, while knowing the same to be expired. He is scheduled to appear in court on 3/13/2024.
