The effect of stacking youth league teams with all travel ball players:
This is a reminder that youth league sports were created for children to have FUN.
Losing to a team of stacked travel ball players by 40 points isn’t fun. It’s heartbreaking to the losing team, who is full of 7 year old children just wanting to have a great time with their friends.
At the very least, the coaches of this team should allow the other team to score a single goal out of compassion instead of pushing their team to man-to-man at the half court.
Who is in charge of the youth league teams and WHY is this happening in our community?
Why are our children crying and embarrassed because the adults have failed them?
