STOP HIDING! If you feel this way call a parent meeting, address the issue with parks and recreation. STOP being a keyboard warrior and actually address your issues…. oh wait…. you know your wrong because you have been a coach for rec league and know exactly how it works. 
I commend our youth league for doing a seeded contest and only giving trophies to 1st and 2nd place. That’s how middle school works and high school. Some of you have a rude awakening when your kids hit middle school and high-school. You want your kid on a good team go volunteer 
to coach. Go draft a team and see how it works. Also take your children to high-school games especially Varsity! You get mad they don’t get to win or get pitty points. Wait until they get elbowed in the eye, busted nose, stomped on, hair pulled the list goes on and that was just Friday nights Varsity girls game…… if your kid can’t handle being a baller and being physical well then we have a wonderful program at parkway play house, South toe has art options, maybe they should take up dance 
Cleary a physical environment that’s competitive isn’t for them or you.
