Helping the Community Immediately

I would suggest we all be careful and informed about which ones we vote out and which ones we vote in to replace them, particularly locally, the place where our votes mean the most. Voting them all out without regard to which ones have helped the community and replacing all of them with another group is just swinging the pendulum, not solving problems. It might feel good in the moment, but the long term consequences can be worse than what we’ve got.
