Arrest:
Jackie Lee Holtsclaw, 40 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy D. LaPlante arrested Holtsclaw for misdemeanor, failure to pay child support. He was issued $250.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/22/2024.
Jade Myrick Batchelor, 58 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Batchelor for misdemeanor, warrant issued by Rutherford County. He was transported to Rutherford County and is scheduled to appear in Rutherford County Court.
John Raymond Burgess, 46 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy A. Duncan arrested Burgess for Flagrant nonsupport-fugitive Order. He was issued no bond and awaits extradition to the State of Kentucky.
Jeremy Chad Honeycutt, 46 of Bakersville, NC. Mitchell County Deputies received custody of Honeycutt from Avery County Sheriff’s Deputies. Honeycutt was arrested for failure to appear in court on felony charges x 2 and resisting a public officer x 2. He was issued $153,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court.
Gregory L. Morgan, 41 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Morgan for felony breaking and entering and Larceny, thereafter. He was issued $15,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/8/2024.
Beau Gabriel Webb, 34 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested Webb for misdemeanor assault on a female. He was issued no bond and issued 48 hours of secure custody.
Shelby Danielle Robinson, 32 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy T. Silvers arrested Robinson for misdemeanor, defraud alcohol/drug screen and probation violations. She was issued $15,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 5/8/2024.
Savannah Lucille King, 32 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy B. Hollifield arrested King for misdemeanor, simple assault. She was issued no bond and issued 48 hours of secure custody.
