Jeffery Craig Davis, age 52 of Marion, went Home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2023. A native of McDowell County, he was the son of the late J.C. and Ramona McMahan Davis.
Jeffery was a friend to everyone he met. He was well known in his community for being a very talented musician. Jeffery could play any instrument you put in his hands, and well, too. He will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memory is his very special aunt, Rachel Mace; third cousins: Terry Cannon and Stephen Cannon; a special friend, Cynthia McCartney; as well as Lou Lou, a very special puppy who meant the world to Jeffery.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on January 7, 2023, in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and loved ones one hour prior to the service for visitation.
