BURNSVILLE BEARS SENIOR SOFTBALL INVITES YOU TO JOIN THE TEAM
If you miss hearing the crack of the bat, turning a double play, or the camaraderie of playing America’s favorite pastime, this may be a great opportunity to be a part of the team. The Burnsville Bears senior softball team will begin outdoor practices and their 2024 season soon. Beginning in April, weather permitting, practices will be held at the Cane River Park baseball fields on Fridays at 10:00AM. The team plays against 4 other local senior teams (Hendersonville, Ashe County, Boone, and Johnson City) throughout the spring, summer, and early autumn. Home games are played at the Cane River Park. The Bears travel to the other teams’ home fields for their away games. All contests are 7 inning doubleheaders. The minimum age for players is 60.
