A free walk-up produce market will be held on Wednesdays, 10 am-noon at the West Burnsville Baptist Church starting Wednesday May 29th and continuing through the growing season. Everybody welcome. It’s a collaboration of Dig In! Yancey Community Garden, Rec House, and TRACTOR.
This year we are also collecting kitchen scraps from the community for our Compost Program! Be sure to stop by the Harvest Share market and talk to our Compost Program Manager about how we turn your scraps into rich, nutrient-dense soil for our garden.
