William Jackson, age 72, of Bee Log, formerly of Uniontown, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 at his home. A native of Fayette, PA, he was a son of the late Edward and Verda (Nara) Jackson. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Debra (Beaken) Jackson; daughter, Stephanie (Jackson) Czesnowsci; a great-grandson, Elias; sister, Lucille (Jackson) Hill and a brother, Robert Jackson. Bill loved to play golf. At age 11 he began working and would bring home his paycheck to help his mom. Bill will always be remembered as a very caring and compassionate man, he would literally give anyone the shirt off of his back.
Surviving is his daughters: Renee (Jackson) Radolff (Sean), Michele (Jackson) Mignerey and Elicia (Jackson) Hamilton (Charlie); grandchildren: Britney (Dillon), Mikayla, Alyssa, Skyler and Julia; great-grandchildren: Naomie, Bastion and Uriah; sisters: Jeanette (Jackson) Silbaugh and Alana Jackson Tunforss (Larry); brothers: Edward Jackson and Donald Jackson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18th at Harbor of Light Bible Baptist Church located at 1 Evergreen Terrace, Uniontown, PA 15401. The family will receive friends at 4 p.m. at the Fire Hall located at 351 Main Street, Lamont Furnace, PA 15456.
