According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office three individuals have been charged after deputies recovered stolen items valued at over $200,000. The investigation began when the theft of various items, including a large delivery truck, a forklift, and building materials was reported. Deputies successfully located and retrieved the stolen items at two separate locations in Tennessee. After finding the items deputies arrested James Yates, Keith Hudgins, and Jessica English and charged them with Felony Possession of Stolen Property. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
