Our 1st ANNUAL FOOD PANTRY FUNDRAISER will be taking place Monday, Sept 2 – Labor Day!
We are looking for volunteers to help with planning and for the event itself. Our next planning meeting is Tuesday, July 16 at 2 pm.
We are looking for an organized event planner. We are looking for help with sponsorships, and planning of each part of the event – Bike Rally, Chili Cookoff, Cornbread Cookoff, Show & Shine, Food sales.
The weekend of the event, we will need volunteers to help run each part of the event. All proceeds will go to the operating and food costs of the food pantry. Please consider supporting us through volunteering and reach out by phone, text or messenger to let me know how you can serve! Thank you!!
