The Yancey County Sheriff’s Office announces that Brandan Huff has been found guilty of statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Huff has been sentenced to 23 to 32 1/2 years in prison.
This conviction follows a rigorous investigation and court proceedings, highlighting the Yancey County Sheriff’s Office’s commitment to protecting our community, especially our youth, from such serious offenses.
